Super Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Super Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

A delicious chocolate mousse that can be made quickly and easily. Excellent for layered deserts and potlucks! Although this can be consumed immediately after preparation, I advise chilling for around 30 minutes to firm and provide a wonderful cold. You can change how much chocolate you use at any time. If you need a chocolate topping for desserts, try this recipe.

Ingredients

Reduced Yields 2 Servings from the Original Recipe

  • 3 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups thick cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup of powdered sugar substitute (like Swerve®)
  • Cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons
  • 1 dash of salt

Directions Instructions Checklist FOR Chocolate Mousse

First, put the cream cheese in a big bowl and beat it with an electric mixer until it is frothy and light. Put the mixer on low, then gradually pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt after adding them. Mix for an additional one to two minutes on high with the mixer turned on. Refrigerate for later use or serve right now.

  • Cook’s Notes: To produce a powdered consistency, pulse granular sweetener in a blender or food processor.

For diversity, use various flavoured extracts.
