EASY 3-INGREDIENT GRANOLA
Are you searching for a basic granola recipe that is both simple and easy to make, all while only requiring three (3) simple ingredients that you most likely have sitting in your pantry? Well, if you are, look no further!
Allow me to share with you my favorite go-to granola recipe that will serve as the perfect foundation recipe which can be made all your own!
Believe it or not, this recipe is unbelievably simple that I almost feel some embarrassment writing a whole blog post about it.
However, a great majority of you have repeatedly asked for my go-to granola recipe, leaving me no choice but to share it.
Fear not, though, for you can use this granola to top your overnight oats, smoothie bowls, or even store it for later use by keeping it in a sealed container in your pantry, where it can comfortably last up to two (2) whole weeks!
However, let's be honest with ourselves, the likelihood of it even lasting that long is very slim indeed.
Get ready because this basic recipe only requires rolled oats, coconut oil, and maple syrup! Simply said, "boom, done!", and you have your three simple ingredients.
However, if you want to sweeten things up a little bit, you can add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract to your satisfaction.
Moreover, if you want to switch things up, you can even add some nuts, seeds, or cranberries of your choice.
Trust me when I say, you cannot mess this up even if you tried! Just remember to stir the granola halfway through while it's baking so that it cooks nice and evenly.
Let's face it, folks. This granola is PERFECT for all the fall recipes forthcoming, so much so that you can even throw a little pumpkin pie spice into the mix! So, go ahead - Enjoy!
